SITE SELECTION
We will assist you in sourcing the right location for your Nutrition Station. If you have a site in mind, we will investigate it for you to ensure it is both structurally and commercially suitable for our Brand. We will also assist you in finding the ideal location by suggesting site locations that we may have already identified.
SIMPLE STORE SETUP PROCESS
Setting up your own business including dealing with landlords, obtaining the statutory authority approvals, designing and constructing the store can be a complex process. At Nutrition Station, we’ll look after the entire process for you.
TRAINING
Our initial training program runs for 3 weeks. The training occurs at our Nutrition Station’s Corporate Store in Penrith NSW. You will work hands-on in our store closely supervised by our Training Manager. If you need further training prior to the opening of your store, we’re happy to provide it. During this time you will be trained and assessed on four key areas:
- Front of House – Smoothies, coffee, register (POS), customer service, table service.
- Back of House – Preparation, ordering, grill, poaching, NUMeals, food safety, Cleaning and Sanitising, Opening and Closing Procedures.
- Finance – Understanding a P&L, smart ordering, rostering and wages.
- Sales and Marketing – Local area marketing, lead generation, and customer experience.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Owning and operating your own business can be daunting especially if it’s your first time, but you’re not alone. We’ll be supporting you all the way. From the moment you begin training, during the inception period and on an ongoing basis, experienced Operations Managers will be by your side assisting you in maximising your business and profitability.
MARKETING
Whether it’s increasing Brand Awareness or assisting you with local store marketing, we support you with marketing tools, strategies and regular promotional activities to help you attract more customers and increase your sales.
