TRAINING

 

Our initial training program runs for 20 working days. This can be split over multiple weeks or done in one lump sum. The training occurs at our Nutrition Station’s Head Office Store in Penrith NSW. You will work hands on in our store closely supervised by our training manager. During this time you will be trained and assessed on our four key areas.

 

• Front of House – Smoothies, coffee, register (POS), customer service, table service.
• Back of House – Preparation, ordering, grill, poaching, NUMeals, food safety, dishes, set up and pack up of kitchen.
• Finance – Understanding a P&L, smart ordering, rostering and wages.
• Sales and Marketing – Local area marketing, lead generation, and customer experience.

SUPPORT

 

As a franchisee you are never on your own, you have direct access to each department. Marketing, Finance, Head Chef and more. You will also have a dedicated manager that works within your territory of whom will pay visits prior and after your store is open. You will receive a call from your manager on a weekly basis checking in on your progress. Franchisees also have email and phone support around the clock.
